No Refunds or Exchanges

Because our items are created based on your specific selections, personalization, measurements, designs, photos, and custom requests, we do not offer:

• Refunds

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Cancellations once production has begun

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before placing an order, including:

• Spelling of names

• Dates

• Colors

• Sizes

• Uploaded photos

• Design selections

We are not responsible for customer-provided errors after an order has been submitted and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if we made an error on your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
