All products are custom-made to order based on the information, designs, and personalization provided by each customer. Because every item is created specifically for you, production times may vary depending on the product ordered.

Processing Timepp

Most orders are processed and completed within 1–5 business days before shipment.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier and are separate from our production time.

Custom & Specialty Items

Certain products require additional production time due to their complexity and customization requirements. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom-made dresses

• Formal wear

• Prom attire

• Wedding apparel

• Specialty custom projects

For these items, the estimated processing and shipping timeframe will be listed in the individual product description.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including names, dates, sizes, colors, and uploaded photos before submitting their order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated production and shipping timelines, We are not  responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
